**Job Title: Telesales Executive (Outbound Process)**

**Qualification**:

- UG/Graduate

**Communication Level**:

- Versant 4 proficiency required

**Shift**:

- Morning Shift

**Week Off**:

- Sunday (Fixed)

**Languages**:

- English + Hindi/Urdu proficiency required

**Salary**:

- Up to INR 26,000 per month plus lucrative incentives

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
- Present products or services persuasively and effectively to secure sales.
- Identify customer needs and offer appropriate solutions or upgrades.
- Maintain a high level of knowledge about company products or services.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives within specified timeframes.
- Handle objections and concerns effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of sales, interactions, and transactions.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in telesales or a similar role in the BPO industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong sales and persuasion skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Fluency in English and Hindi/Urdu.
- Minimum educational qualification: UG/Graduate.
