Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
1. Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into computer systems, ensuring data integrity and attention to detail.

2. Excel: Utilize basic Excel skills to manage and analyze data, create simple spreadsheets, and perform data-related tasks.

3. Tally: Use Tally for basic accounting and financial data entry, ensuring accurate financial records.

4. Word: Create and edit documents using Microsoft Word, including reports, letters, and other correspondence.

5. Data Management: Maintain and update data records, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

**Requirements**:
1. Basic Excel Skills: Knowledge of basic Excel functions, including data entry, formatting, and basic formulas.

2. Tally Expertise: Basic knowledge of Tally, including accounting and financial data entry.

3. Word Processing: Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word, including document creation, editing, and formatting.

4. Typing Skills: Fast and accurate typing skills, with attention to detail.

5. Data Management: Ability to manage and maintain large datasets, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.

Preferred Qualifications:
1. Experience: Previous experience in data entry or a similar role.

2. Certifications: Certifications in Excel, Tally, or data entry can be an advantage.
