Job Summary:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Management**: Oversee and manage daily operations across social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). Develop and schedule content according to the brand's voice and social media strategy.
- **Content Creation**: Design, write, and produce engaging content (photos, videos, stories, blog posts, reels, etc.) that aligns with the company’s messaging and goals.
- **Campaign Development**: Plan and execute social media campaigns, contests, and giveaways to drive brand engagement and growth.
- **Community Engagement**: Interact with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and mentions in a timely and professional manner.
- **Analytics & Reporting**: Monitor performance metrics of social media posts and campaigns, analyze data, and provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve content strategies.
- **Collaboration**: Work with marketing, design, and product teams to ensure content aligns with broader marketing strategies and brand guidelines.
- **Trend Monitoring**: Stay updated on industry trends, emerging social media platforms, and best practices to keep content fresh and relevant.
- **Content Optimization**: Continuously optimize content based on audience feedback, engagement, and platform algorithm changes.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Executive, Content Creator, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio of content creation (e.g., videos, blogs, infographics, etc.).
- Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, YouTube, etc.) and tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Good understanding of SEO, social media algorithms, and best practices.
- Exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creativity, self-motivation, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A passion for digital trends and an eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques.

Desired Skills:

- Experience with paid social media campaigns and influencer marketing.
- Graphic design skills (e.g., proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Video editing skills (e.g., proficiency in Final Cut Pro, Adobe Premiere, or similar tools).
