**Job Title: Video Grapher**

**Job Location**:NNL Academy, Sector 62, Noida 201301

**Job Type**:Full-Time

**Your role at a glance**:
**NNL Academy** is seeking a talented and creative **Videographer** for our new campus in **Noida Sector-62**. As a Videographer, you will be responsible for capturing high-quality video content effectively. You will work closely with the creative team to produce engaging videos for marketing campaigns, events, social media, and internal projects.

**Responsibilities you would handle**:

- Plan, film, and edit video content according to project briefs
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop video concepts
- Operate video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear
- Ensure consistent video quality, including color grading and sound
- Manage post-production, including editing, sound mixing, and special effects
- Organize and archive footage for future use
- Stay up to date with video production trends and techniques

**Experience**: 1 - 3 Years

**Qualifications**: Any Degree in Film, Media, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Proven experience as a Videographer or similar role
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.)
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and audio recording
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Good time management skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Creative mindset and a passion for video production
- Experience with motion graphics and animation tools
- Familiarity with drone videography or photography

**Compensation**:
**20K - 25K **+ Medical Insurance + Bonus + Gratuity + Leave Encashment + PF + Performance based yearly Increments + Over Time Pay

**Employment**:

- **Mode of working**: Work from Office
- **No. of working days**:6 days a week
- **Working Hours**: Upto 10 Hours a day (In which Over-Time Pay for 1 Hour)
- **Shift Time**: 09:00am to 7:00pm or 10:00am to 08:00pm
