**Role Overview**:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. Experience with ERP and TALLY is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Reconcile debtors, creditors, and stock; manage GST, TDS, and statutory payments.
- Handle expenses, provisions, and ledger reconciliations.
- Oversee fixed asset register, audit preparation, and balance sheet finalization.
- Conduct monthly closing activities and prepare MIS reports.
- Manage a team and ensure accurate financial reporting.

**Skills**:

- Proficient in ERP systems and TALLY.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective communicator with the ability to handle confidential information.
- Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

**Qualifications**:

- Graduate/Post-graduate in Finance.
- 1+ years of accounting experience, preferably in AV/IT.
