School Principal

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Academic Leadership**: Ensure high-quality teaching and learning outcomes while strengthening the curriculum.
- **Staff Management**: Oversee and support teachers, conduct performance evaluations, and arrange training programs.
- **Student Development**: Focus on students' academic progress, discipline, and extracurricular activities.
- **Administrative Oversight**: Manage school operations, admissions, and compliance with UP Board regulations.
- **Community Engagement**: Build strong relationships with students, parents, and local communities to enhance school participation.
- **Reporting & Coordination**: Work closely with FFLV management and provide regular updates on school progress.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
