**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Manpower Management**: Efficiently arrange and allocate manpower as per project needs and requirements.
- **Fieldwork**: Conduct fieldwork and oversee manpower deployment in various locations.
- **Data Management**: Maintain and manage accurate records of manpower attendance and other relevant data.
- **Punctuality**: Ensure timely arrival and departure for all assignments and adhere to schedule requirements.
- **Reporting**: Prepare and submit regular reports on manpower utilization and attendance.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in manpower supervision or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in data entry and basic record-keeping.
- Reliable and punctual with a strong sense of responsibility.
