**Job Title**: Recruitment Executive
**Job Summary**:
**Responsibilities**:
- **Sourcing and Attraction**:
- Create compelling job descriptions and advertisements to attract top talent.
- Administer pre-employment assessments or tests as needed.
- **Interview Coordination and Management**:
- Collect feedback from interviewers and facilitate decision-making processes.
- **Client Relationship Management**:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs, priorities, and preferences.
- Provide regular updates on recruitment progress and discuss potential challenges or roadblocks.
- **Offer Negotiation and Closing**:
- **Market Research and Trends Analysis**:
- Stay informed about industry trends, talent market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders based on market research and analysis.
- **Compliance and Documentation**:
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
**Qualifications and Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Recruitment Executive, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, techniques, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and goals.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
