**Overview**

**Responsibilities**

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualised care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatment options, and preventive care.
- Monitor patients’ progress and respond promptly to changes in their condition.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.

**Experience**
- A valid registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) is essential.
- Proven experience in a clinical setting, preferably within a hospital or healthcare facility.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy and physiology as it relates to patient care.
- Demonstrated proficiency in medication administration and understanding of pharmacology.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with patients and colleagues.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
