**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and present interior design concepts, mood boards, and layouts for residential, commercial, or hospitality projects.
- Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D views, material specifications, and BOQs.
- Collaborate with architects, project managers, and vendors to ensure design intent and quality standards are met.
- Source materials, furnishings, and finishes that suit project budgets and design themes.
- Conduct site visits for measurements, supervision, and quality checks during execution.
- Coordinate with clients throughout the design process for feedback, approvals, and revisions.
- Stay updated with current design trends, materials, and technologies.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Interior Design / Architecture.
- 2-4 years of relevant professional experience in interior design projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max / Revit, Photoshop, and MS Office.
- Strong visualization, creativity, and presentation skills.
- Excellent communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design outcomes.
