**Responsibilities**:

- Program, set up, and operate CNC/VMC machines to produce precision components.
- Interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications to determine machining requirements.
- Select appropriate cutting tools, tool paths, and machining parameters based on material and part geometry.
- Optimise machining processes to improve efficiency and minimise cycle times.
- Conduct tooling setups, tool changes, and machine adjustments as needed.
- Perform in-process inspection and quality control checks to ensure parts meet specifications.
- Troubleshoot programming or machining issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate documentation of machining processes, including program revisions and quality control data.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organised work environment.

**Requirements**:

- Technical degree or certification in CNC machining is preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC/VMC Programmer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in programming and operating CNC machines using CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, GibbsCAM, etc.).
- Strong understanding of machining processes, cutting tools, and toolpath optimisation techniques.
- Familiarity with reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&T specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹34,756.50 per month
