Finance Officer

**Key functions**:Key position at the CSC for all financial matters. S/he will work closely with the Project Coordinator to ensure smooth conduct of financial matters.
**Specific roles and responsibilities of Accountant**:
- Booking keeping: Recording of expenditure with proper supporting documents
- Bank Reconciliation on a monthly basis
- Maintain inventory of supplies/consumables and other materials
- Maintain and update fixed assets and stock registers
- Disbursement of salary and make payments to vendors/suppliers in a timely manner
- Maintain attendance register and leave records
- Preparation of appointment letters for staff in consultation with Project Director
- Maintenance of HR files for all staff
- Coordinate with finance staff from SR for periodic review and submission of monthly and quarterly financial reports
- Provide required support in organizing meetings and other CSC activities
Ensure proper backup of accounting data on regular basis. This should be in a computer or device other than the one in which the accounting software is installed.
**Job Type**: Part-time
Pay: ₹6,000.00 - ₹7,000.00 per month
Expected hours: 18 per week
