- Ability to draft different kinds of legal contracts.
- Flexibility to adapt at different roles.
- Help in draft and review Ip related legal documents.
- Handling all legal & secretarial compliances of the company.
- Maintenance of statutory registers.
- Updating and maintaining of record of directors as required

under the companies act.
- Sound knowledge in Charitable trust/ NGO/ Foundation and

its compliances.

Job role: Full-time, 9 hours day shift

Salary = Rs 18,000 - 25,000/- per month

**Salary**: ₹18,086.00 - ₹25,800.88 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Andheri, Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
