1. Will be working on-site with responsibility for overall and simultaneous execution of multiple Construction Projects.

2. To handle material effectively and daily report should be documented.

a. Purchase Material Details

b. Actual Used Material Details.

3. Monitoring labour or sub-contractor to ensure proper finishing of work and controlling the

usage of materials. To execute the work as per Budget as given by project manager. i.e : In

case of excess budget needs to get approval from project manager or management team.

4. To prepare required material list at site for next schedule of work as per the DPR.

a. Daily Basis - Materials Requirement

b. Weekly Basis - Material Requirement

c. Stage Wise - Material Requirement

5. To Provide proper instruction and coordinating with the sub-contractors, supervisors, general

work force and all labours. Like : Civil Labour, Electrician, Plumber, Carpenter and etc

6. Completing the projects as per the DPR and Schedule within pre-determined budgets as per

project cost and quality standards as per proposals. i.e. : If any client specification need to

get approval from Management Team and Customers.

7. Check site work status and approve labour payments

8. To be in frequent communication with the Project Coordinator.

a. Daily Morning and Evening Updates

b. Daily Task Completion Report

c. Daily Material Details

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Tiruchchirappalli, Tamil Nadu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Apartment construction (preferred)
