- **Keyword Research**: Conducting thorough keyword research to identify relevant terms and phrases for targeting in SEO campaigns. This involves using tools like Google Keyword Planner, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz.
- **Off/On-Page Optimization**: Optimizing website content, including meta tags, headings, images, and URLs, to improve organic search visibility. Ensuring content is relevant, well-structured, and keyword optimized.
- **Content Optimization**: Collaborating with content creators to optimize existing content and create new content that aligns with SEO strategies and targets specific keywords/topics.
- **Technical SEO**: Assisting with technical aspects of SEO, such as crawling and indexing issues, XML sitemap optimization, website speed optimization, mobile-friendliness, and resolving canonicalization issues.
- **Link Building**: Executing link building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks from authoritative websites through outreach, guest posting, content promotion, and other tactics.
- **Monitoring and Reporting**: Tracking website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or other SEO platforms. Generating regular reports to evaluate the effectiveness of SEO strategies and identify areas for improvement.
- **Competitor Analysis**: Conducting competitive analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in the SEO landscape. Monitoring competitor activities and adjusting strategies accordingly.
- **Stay Updated**: Keeping up-to-date with industry trends, search engine algorithm updates, and best practices in SEO. Continuously learning and experimenting with new techniques to enhance SEO performance.
- **Communication and Collaboration**: Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as content creators, developers, designers, and marketers to implement SEO recommendations effectively. Clear communication and teamwork are essential for successful SEO execution.
- **Local SEO (if applicable)**: Implementing local SEO strategies for businesses targeting local audiences, including optimizing Google My Business profiles, managing local citations, and earning reviews.
- **SEO Audits**: Conducting regular SEO audits to identify technical issues, content gaps, and opportunities for improvement. Developing action plans based on audit findings to enhance website performance.
- **Basic HTML/CSS Knowledge**: Having a basic understanding of HTML/CSS to make minor adjustments to website elements for optimization purposes.
