Key Responsibilities:

- **Student Support and Counseling**:

- Provide one-on-one counseling sessions for students facing emotional, psychological, or behavioral challenges.
- Address issues such as stress, anxiety, depression, family problems, peer relationships, and self-esteem.
- Help students develop coping strategies to handle personal and academic challenges.
- **Academic and Career Guidance**:

- Offer advice and resources for career development, internships, and post-graduation plans.
- Guide students in setting academic goals and developing study plans for better performance.
- **Conduct Group Counseling and Workshops**:

- Organize and conduct group counseling sessions, workshops, and seminars on topics like mental health, stress management, conflict resolution, and study skills.
- Promote awareness and destigmatize mental health issues through educational programs.
- Foster a positive and supportive environment for peer counseling and group dynamics.
- **Crisis Intervention**:

- Provide immediate support in case of crises, such as bullying, family trauma, or self-harm incidents.
- Offer crisis management strategies and coordinate with teachers, parents, and external professionals (e.g., psychologists, medical professionals) as needed.
- Ensure the confidentiality and safety of students during critical situations.
- **Assessment and Evaluation**:

- Conduct psychological assessments to understand students’ needs, strengths, and areas for development.
- Monitor students’ emotional well-being and academic progress over time.
- Maintain thorough documentation of counseling sessions, interventions, and outcomes, ensuring confidentiality.
- **Collaboration with Parents and Teachers**:

- Communicate regularly with parents and teachers about students’ well-being, academic performance, and emotional development.
- Provide resources and strategies to parents for supporting their children’s mental health and academic success at home.
- Work as part of a team with faculty and school administration to create a supportive and inclusive environment for all students.
- **Develop and Implement School Policies**:

- Contribute to the development of school policies related to student well-being, mental health, and academic guidance.
- Promote anti-bullying campaigns and mental health initiatives to foster a positive school culture.
- Create a safe space where students feel heard, respected, and supported.
- **Referrals and External Resources**:

- Refer students to external mental health professionals or community resources when necessary.
- Build relationships with local health professionals and organizations to provide holistic care for students in need.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
