**Desired Experience**: 3-8 years
**Team Environment**:
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary scientists, IT, and engineering professionals.
- Solve critical problems and support business decision-making.
- Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, paired with a problem-solving attitude.
**Key Expertise Required**:
- At least 3 years in analytics, particularly with big data solutions.
- Subject Matter Expertise (SME) in:
- **Statistics, Analytics, Data Science, Machine Learning, Deep Learning**:
- **Big Data Platforms**: SQL, Hadoop, Apache Spark, etc.
- **Programming Languages**: Python and R.
- **Techniques**: Statistical models, ML algorithms (e.g., Random Forest, SVM), Deep Learning models (e.g., CNN, RNN), and NLP.
- Proposal building for analytics/data science solutions.
- Hands-on data analysis and deriving actionable insights.
- Experience collaborating with global teams and senior stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and logical mindset.
- Well-organized with prioritization skills.
- Independent, self-starting attitude with ownership of tasks.
- Curious and collaborative, keen to learn.
- Proficiency in English for a global team environment.
**Educational Background**:
- Degree in fields like Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Economics, Engineering, or Information Science.
- Contributions on platforms like GitHub or Kaggle are advantageous.
