**Job Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- **Carpentry Work**: Perform various carpentry tasks, including but not limited to framing, installing cabinetry, finishing work, and custom woodwork.
- **Reading Blueprints**: Interpret and follow blueprints, drawings, and specifications to accurately execute carpentry tasks.
- **Material Selection**: Select and procure appropriate materials for each project, ensuring compliance with design and quality standards.
- **Measurement and Layout**: Accurately measure, cut, and shape materials based on project requirements and design specifications.
- **Installation**: Install finished woodwork, cabinetry, and other carpentry components with precision and attention to detail.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with the design and construction teams to ensure seamless coordination and communication throughout the project lifecycle.
- **Quality Control**: Conduct quality checks to ensure the finished carpentry meets the required standards.
- **Safety**: Adhere to safety guidelines and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Proven experience as a Carpenter, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant projects.
- **Skills**: Proficient in various carpentry techniques, including framing, finishing, and custom woodwork.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- **Team Player**: Ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team.
- **Adaptability**: Willingness to adapt to changing project requirements and timelines.
- **Safety Awareness**: Commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- **Certifications**: Relevant certifications or training in carpentry is a plus.
