We are currently seeking enthusiastic and results-driven individuals to join our telesales team as Telesales Representatives. As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our healthcare services to prospective clients over the phone. This role offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your sales skills while making a positive impact on people's lives.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Calls**: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients from provided leads or databases.
- **Product Promotion**: Present and promote our healthcare services to prospective clients, highlighting their benefits and features.
- **Customer Engagement**: Engage with potential clients in a courteous and professional manner, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- **Sales Negotiation**: Negotiate and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets and objectives.
- **Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
- **Documentation**: Accurately record and maintain client information and sales activities in the CRM system.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate with team members and sales managers to optimize sales strategies and achieve collective goals.
**Requirements**:
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- **Experience**: Proven experience in telesales or sales roles, preferably in the healthcare or BPO sector.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate product features and benefits effectively.
- **Sales Skills**: Strong persuasion and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- **Customer Focus**: Customer-centric approach with a passion for delivering exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
- **Resilience**: Ability to handle objections and rejection positively, with resilience and determination.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
- **Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the overall success of the sales team.
