**Key Responsibilities**:
Customer Engagement: Provide personalised assistance to customers, understanding their fashion preferences and offering expert advice on product selections.

Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through effective product knowledge and customer engagement.

Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the latest fashion trends and designers in our collection to effectively communicate product features and benefits.

Visual Merchandising: Contribute to creating visually appealing displays and maintaining the overall aesthetic of the store.

Clienteling: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and foster brand loyalty.

Cash Handling: Process transactions accurately, handle cash responsibly, and ensure the proper functioning of the Point of Sale (POS) system.

Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring and managing inventory levels, including restocking and organising merchandise.

Store Operations: Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations, including opening and closing procedures.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Sales Representative in a fashion retail setting.
- Passion for fashion with a strong understanding of current trends and designer collections.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Sales-driven with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash handling.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
