- Contact potential customers by phone to promote our products/services
- Explain the features and benefits of our products/services to interested customers
- Answer any questions or concerns that potential customers may have
- Set appointments for sales representatives to follow up on leads
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while engaging with customers

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
