Site Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:
Project Supervision: Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work progresses as per project schedule and specifications.
Quality Control: Monitor workmanship and materials to ensure compliance with design, standards, and safety regulations.
Team Management: Supervise laborers, subcontractors, and junior engineers, ensuring smooth workflow and productivity.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and conduct regular inspections to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
Coordination & Reporting: Communicate with project managers, engineers, and clients; prepare daily and weekly progress reports.
Material & Resource Management: Ensure optimal utilization of materials and equipment, minimizing wastage and delays.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve on-site challenges, including technical issues and workforce management.
Survey & Layout Execution: Interpret construction drawings and execute work as per approved plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
5-7 years of hands-on experience in site supervision, specifically in buildings and bridges.
Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and project execution.
Proficiency in reading drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Understanding of safety and quality control measures.
Ability to handle multiple teams and subcontractors.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
Knowledge of MS Office, AutoCAD (preferred), and site documentation.
