Operations and level 3 support of ForgeRock identity cloud Environment
- Create concise problem definitions for all tickets about the configuration and administration of CIAM solution (ForgeRock IDC)
- Continuously measure and optimize the performance, effectiveness, and uptime of backend services -- participate in a data-driven culture
- Understanding of the whole CIAM environment, Directory Services OpenDJ LDAP, Domain Knowledge of Identity and Access Management
- Monitor, Report and Analysis of bugs during and after CIAM release versions.
- Responsible for monitoring health of CIAM environment and check for availability and functionality.
- Collaborate and work with development and project team to provide solutions and assist during Project release, testing and for operational support.
- Responsible for management of incident, problem and change within the CIAM solution.
- Responsible for documentation and update of CIAM Processes and operating procedures.
- Work with Software Development tool (e.g. JIRA) and handle various CIAM related tasks.
- Collaborate with wider Product Support, Sustaining and Engineering teams to identify root cause and solutions.
