- Key Responsibilities:

- Content Strategy & Creation:

- Develop, film, edit, and publish a consistent stream of original content (including photos, stories, reels, videos, and live streams) across key platforms such as [e.g., Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook].
- Conceive and execute creative concepts that authentically integrate our products/services into your unique content style.
- Maintain a high standard of visual aesthetics and brand consistency across all content.
- Community Engagement & Growth:

- Actively foster a positive and engaged community by responding to comments, direct messages, and engaging in conversations.
- Develop and implement strategies to grow your follower base and increase engagement rates.
- Represent the brand at live events, pop-ups, or online webinars (if applicable).
- Brand Partnership & Collaboration:

- Work closely with our marketing team to align content with broader campaign initiatives and brand values.
- Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and provide input on marketing campaigns from an influencer perspective.
- Adhere to FTC guidelines by properly disclosing sponsored partnerships (e.g., using ad, sponsored).
- Performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Monitor, track, and analyze content performance using native platform insights and other tools.
- Provide regular reports on key metrics such as reach, engagement, audience growth, and conversion.
- Use data-driven insights to refine content strategy and maximize ROI.
- Qualifications & Requirements:

- Proven experience as a social media influencer with a demonstrably engaged and growing audience on [e.g., Instagram and/or TikTok are a must].
- A strong, cohesive, and high-quality content portfolio that showcases your unique voice and style.
- Excellent skills in content creation, including photography, videography, and video editing using apps like CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or Adobe Premiere Rush.
- Deep understanding of social media trends, algorithm best practices, and platform-specific features.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
- Professional, reliable, and responsive to communication.
- Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience in the [Your Industry, e.g., beauty, fitness, gaming, home decor] niche.
- Experience with brand partnerships and an understanding of campaign metrics and KPIs.
- Experience using analytics tools (e.g., Iconosquare, Sprout Social, Google Analytics).
