**Responsibilities**:
**Cinematography**:
**Capture high-quality video footage for documentaries, promotional videos, and other projects.**

**Plan and execute shots to visually communicate the intended message.**

**Ensure proper lighting and sound setup for various shooting environments.**

**Video Editing**:
**Edit raw footage to create seamless and visually appealing videos.**

**Develop a deep understanding of the content and effectively communicate the intended message through editing.**

**Collaborate with the content team to incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions.**

**Scriptwriting and Storytelling**:
**Develop creative and engaging scripts for video projects.**

**Work closely with the content team to ensure that the script aligns with the organization’s messaging and objectives.**

**Contribute ideas to enhance storytelling and narrative structure.**

**Studio Setup**:
**Set up and configure studio lights, ensuring optimal lighting conditions for video shoots.**

**Familiarity with studio equipment and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.**

**Qualifications and Skills**:
**Proven experience as a Cinematographer and Video Editor, with a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience.**

**Strong proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).**

**Excellent scripting and storytelling skills.**

**Knowledge of studio lighting setup and equipment.**

**Ability to work collaboratively in a team and meet deadlines.**

**Strong attention to detail and creative thinking.
