**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct keyword research to identify new opportunities for website optimization.
- Optimize on-page elements (meta titles, descriptions, headings, URLs, etc.) to improve search engine rankings.
- Monitor and analyze SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and others.
- Implement content strategies that align with SEO goals, ensuring content is optimized for search engines and user intent.
- Build high-quality backlinks to improve domain authority and search engine ranking.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices.
- Analyze competitors’ websites and SEO strategies to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with content creators, web developers, and designers to ensure SEO-friendly website structure and content.
- Report on SEO performance and provide recommendations for improvements.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical SEO issues such as site errors, crawling, indexing, and page speed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in SEO, with a strong understanding of on-page and off-page optimization.
- Familiarity with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, etc.
- Knowledge of keyword research, SEO copywriting, and content optimization techniques.
- Understanding of SEO best practices for both mobile and desktop platforms.
- Ability to analyze and interpret web analytics data and make actionable recommendations.
- Experience with backlinking and link-building strategies.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team.
- Ability to stay updated with the latest SEO trends and algorithm changes.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Knowledge of technical SEO, including website audit, site structure, and page speed optimization.
- Familiarity with local SEO and eCommerce SEO.
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- Basic understanding of paid search advertising (Google Ads) and other digital marketing channels.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

- Chandigarh, Chandigarh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
