**Role Description**

This is a full-time on-site role for a Merchandiser, who has experience handling TJX and ROSS work and can generate business on his own The Merchandiser will oversee day-to-day merchandising operations, product selection, and pricing.

Experience - 3-5 years and above

**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Experience in sales and retail
- Knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to work in a team
- Proficiency in relevant software and computer skills
- Experience in the handicrafts industry is a plus
- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
