We are looking to hire Career Advisor whose role is to call parents, students and Schools on a daily basis, understand their concerns/needs, pitch about EduTechEx services and products and arrange counseling sessions.

**Job description**:
**Role: Career Advisor**

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Calling Parents and Students to schedule counseling sessions.
- Effective Counseling of Learners/Clients about our Products/Services.
- Will have to do consultative outbound calls & follow-up calls on a daily basis with prospective students & their parents.
- Maintain communication with learners through various channels.
- Need to follow up leads regularly.
- Converting the leads as admissions.
- Coordinating for webinars/seminars and other promotional activities for student registration.
- Arranging Counseling sessions between Sr. Counselors and Parents, students..
- Organizing promotional events.
- Achieve monthly and weekly sales targets.
- Building a relationship of trust and respect with the students/job aspirants.
- Handle objections and price negotiation to generate Sales Revenue.
- Advice / Counsel students regarding various universities, courses, admission requirements, entrance exams

- Empathy and understanding.
- Patience and a calm manner.
- Ability to cope with emotional situations.
- Ability to relate to and adapt communication style to suit a wide range of people.

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in all streams are preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience as an educational Counselor.
- Experience of tele calling and outbound/inbound sales in an industrial environment is highly desirable.
- The ability to follow scripts and align according to customers requirements.
- Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Morning shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

- Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
