**About the Role**:
We are looking for an experienced and driven **Digital Marketing Freelancer** to join our team on a **project-based pay structure**. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys flexibility while working on meaningful client campaigns.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create compelling ad copies, creatives, and campaign content for different industries.
- Track and analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
- Attend client meetings (online/offline) to understand requirements and present solutions.
- Coordinate with design, content, and technical teams for seamless project delivery.
- Ensure timely execution of deliverables based on project timelines.

**Requirements**:

- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Comfortable attending client meetings as needed.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and analytics tools.
- Self-driven with a proactive mindset.
