- Introduce and explain products or services to customers over the phone.
- Answer customer questions, provide accurate information, and address concerns or objections.
- Follow call scripts or guidelines provided by the company.
- Use persuasive selling techniques to influence customers and generate sales.
- Meet or exceed daily, weekly, or monthly sales targets.
- Update customer information and interactions accurately in the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system.
- Handle customer complaints or issues, providing appropriate solutions or escalating them to supervisors if necessary.
- Keep track of and follow up with potential leads or callbacks
