Job Description:
**Responsibilities**:
Telecaller Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls from potential clients, existing clients, and leads, addressing their inquiries, providing information about available properties, and scheduling appointments for property viewings.
3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and appointments in the CRM system, ensuring data integrity and timely follow-up on leads and inquiries.
4. Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities, gathering information on client preferences, budgets, and property requirements to tailor communication and recommendations accordingly.
5. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to coordinate lead generation activities, campaigns, and promotions, providing feedback on client interactions and market trends.
6. Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the property search and purchase process, addressing any concerns or issues promptly and professionally.

Front Desk Responsibilities:
1. Greet visitors, clients, and guests in a professional and courteous manner, directing them to the appropriate department or individual and ensuring a positive first impression of the company.
3. Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings for clients and agents, coordinating calendars and maintaining an organized schedule to optimize efficiency.
4. Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and data entry, supporting the smooth operation of the office and front desk area.
5. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the front desk area, ensuring that marketing materials, brochures, and property listings are well-displayed and up-to-date.
6. Act as a liaison between clients, agents, and other stakeholders, facilitating communication and ensuring that client needs and inquiries are addressed promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:
1. High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in business administration or real estate are a plus.
2. Proven experience (2-3 years) as a telecaller, front desk representative, or customer service role, preferably in the real estate industry.
3. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
4. Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric approach, with the ability to build rapport and establish positive relationships with clients.
6. Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
7. Knowledge of real estate processes, terminology, and market trends is preferred.
8. Professional appearance and demeanor, with a positive attitude and willingness to assist others.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive mindset and a commitment to providing exceptional service to clients.
10. Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as needed to accommodate client appointments and events.
