**Job Summary**

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Lead with 6 to 8 years of experience, specializing in Oracle Argus.

This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can drive technical solutions and ensure seamless integration within our systems.

The position operates during the day shift and does not require travel.

**Responsibilities**- Lead the technical implementation and support of Oracle Argus solutions.- Oversee the integration of Oracle Argus with existing systems to ensure seamless data flow.- Provide technical expertise in the Pharmacovigilance domain to enhance system functionality.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Oracle Argus implementations.- Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in all technical solutions.- Conduct regular system audits and performance tuning to optimize Oracle Argus operations.- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Oracle Argus in a timely manner.- Mentor and guide junior team members in Oracle Argus best practices and technical skills.- Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data within Oracle Argus.- Provide training and support to end-users to maximize the utilization of Oracle Argus.- Stay updated with the latest advancements in Oracle Argus and related technologies.
