Sweeper

Sweep, mop, and clean floors in offices, production areas, warehouses, and toilets.
- Collect and dispose of factory and office waste in designated bins.
- Clean dust and cobwebs from walls, ceilings, and equipment (non-sensitive).
- Sanitize restrooms and ensure proper availability of hygiene supplies (soap, tissues, etc.).
- Maintain cleanliness of entrance areas, corridors, staircases, and canteens.
- Inform supervisor about any repairs or deep-cleaning needs (e.g. plumbing issues, pest control).
- Follow daily cleaning schedules and checklists as assigned.
- Assist during factory clean-up days or shutdown maintenance.
- Ensure proper use and storage of cleaning materials and equipment.
- Adhere strictly to safety and hygiene protocols in the industrial environment.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Minimum 8th standard pass preferred (not mandatory).
- Prior experience in industrial or factory cleaning is an advantage.
- Physically fit and capable of lifting, bending, and standing for long periods.
- Basic understanding of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Honest, punctual, and reliable.

**Work Conditions**:

- Working hours: [Specify timing, e.g., 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM, 6 days a week]
- Work location: Factory premises (including production floor and offices)
- May involve exposure to industrial dust, noise, and machinery zones (safety gear provided).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
