Job Title: Medical Representative

Location: Tricity, Chandigarh

**Responsibilities**:
Promote Ayurvedic Products & services : Present and promote Ayurvedic products to healthcare professionals, including doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals, to generate Sales and increase product awareness.

Build and Maintain Relationships: Develop and maintain strong professional relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers to ensure the effective promotion and sale of products & services.

Product Knowledge: Possess a thorough understanding of the features, benefits, and competitive advantages of Ayurvedic products & services, as well as the ability to effectively communicate this information to healthcare professionals.

Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for sales growth, understand competitor activities, and stay informed about industry trends and developments.

Achieve Sales Targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives for assigned products or territories, through effective territory management, customer engagement, and promotional activities.

Provide Product Education: Deliver product presentations, seminars, and training sessions to healthcare professionals to educate them about the benefits and uses of products & services.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, market intelligence, and other relevant information using CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software or other reporting tools.

Compliance: Adhere to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry codes of conduct governing pharmaceutical sales and marketing activities, including ethical promotion practices and compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, or related field.

Prior experience in pharmaceutical sales or healthcare-related field preferred.

Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Excellent interpersonal skills and relationship-building abilities.

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and objectives.

Valid driver's license and willingness to travel extensively within assigned territory.
