**Role Overview**

We are looking for a **Female** **Telecaller / Business Development Executive** who will be responsible for reaching out to potential clients, introducing our services, generating leads, and scheduling meetings/demos with the sales team.

This role requires strong communication skills, confidence, and the ability to build trust with prospective clients over the phone.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Make outbound calls to potential clients (B2B).
- Explain company services (Web Development, Mobile Apps, CRM, ERP, POS, AI Solutions).
- Generate leads and schedule appointments/demos for the sales team.
- Maintain follow-ups with prospective clients to ensure conversion.
- Record and update client information in CRM/Excel.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for campaigns and lead generation activities.

**Required Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in **English & Hindi** (any regional language is a plus).
- Confidence in talking to business owners and decision-makers.
- Basic knowledge of IT/software services (training will be provided).
- Ability to handle objections and build client relationships.
- Proficiency in using Google Sheets / CRM tools.

**Qualifications**
- Minimum 12th pass / Graduate (any stream).
- 0-2 years of experience in telecalling / inside sales / BPO (Freshers welcome with good communication skills).
