**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Order Picking**:

- Accurately pick items from the warehouse as per order specifications.
- Ensure all items are checked for quality and correctness before packing.
- **Packing and Labeling**:

- Pack items securely to prevent damage during shipping.
- Label packages with correct shipping information and addresses.
- **Inventory Management**:

- Assist with the organization of inventory in the warehouse.
- Ensure that stock levels are monitored and report any discrepancies.
- **Shipping Preparation**:

- Ensure packages are ready for dispatch on time.
- Organize items based on shipment priorities and deadlines.
- **General Warehouse Duties**:

- Assist in maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
- Ensure all safety protocols are followed in the warehouse environment.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory (training will be provided).
- **Skills**:

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate picking and packing.
- Basic knowledge of warehouse operations is a plus.

**Desired Attributes**:

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to lift and carry packages (depending on weight limits).
- Flexible with work hours and locations.
