About Blackboard Radio (BBR)

Blackboard Radio (BBR) is an award-winning social ed-tech enterprise founded by IIT Delhi alumni and supported by Villgro Innovation Foundation and CIIE, IIM Ahmedabad. At Blackboard Radio (BBR), we are creating an AI-powered spoken English tutor for learners.

Roles and responsibilities
- Teaching and counseling students and professionals between the age of 20 years to 50 years.
- Mentoring the learner to improve their English Communication Skills.
- Taking interactive and creative online Demo/Foundation classes and sharing the feedback with the learner as well as with the team.
- Assess the learner’s strengths and weaknesses, understand their requirements, and suggest the best program suitable for them.
- Ensure higher conversion ratio.

Eligibility Criteria
- Graduate/Post graduate in English Language, Humanities, Business Administration or Mass communication.

Have prior experience in Communication training/Counseling experience.

Have excellent English communication skills.

Should have excellent counseling and mentoring skills.

Should have convincing skills in order to ensure higher conversion rate.

Having awareness of demo/trial session structural understanding and exposure in conducting demo sessions.

Softskill, personality development, IELTS training experience would be an added advantage.

Should have technical awareness e.g. powerpoint, zoom/google meet features, MS word etc.

Should be able to speak in Hindi as well.

Must haves
- Should have a Laptop and Wi-Fi Connection.

Availability during the weekends.

**Salary**: ₹14,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per month
