- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- Assist in the development of architectural designs and plans under the guidance of senior architects.
- Create and modify architectural drawings using CAD and other design software.
- Conduct site visits and assessments to gather information for design projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements and regulatory standards.
- Prepare presentation materials, including renderings and models, to communicate design concepts effectively.
- Assist in coordinating with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders during the project lifecycle.
- Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and best practices in architecture and design.
- Support project documentation and administrative tasks as needed.
- **Preferred Skills**_
- Relevant internship or work experience in architecture or real estate development is a plus.
- Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Vray, Lumion, Adobe Creative Suite).
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and zoning laws.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities.
- A passion for design and a desire to learn and grow in the field.
- **Qualifications & Experience**_
- B.Arch.
