**Job Description**:
As a Marketing and Sales Intern at [Creative Agency Name], you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the dynamic fields of marketing and sales within the creative industry. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive insights, and potential target markets.
- Support the creation of marketing materials, presentations, and proposals to showcase our agency's services and capabilities.
- Assist in managing and updating our CRM database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities, including lead generation and outreach activities.
- Provide administrative support to the marketing and sales departments as needed, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports, and coordinating logistics for events or client meetings.
- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to contribute fresh ideas and insights to our team.

Qualifications:

- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and resourceful mindset.
- Passion for creativity, marketing, and sales, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Previous internship or work experience in marketing, sales, or a related field is preferred but not required.
