Maintenance Supervisor

Provide leadership and guidance to the maintenance team
- Assign tasks, set priorities, and manage work schedules to ensure optimal maintenance coverage.
- Oversee the maintenance of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
- Troubleshoot and address technical issues to maintain operational efficiency.
- Implement and manage preventive maintenance programs to reduce equipment breakdowns and prolong the lifespan of assets.
- Conduct routine inspections and develop maintenance schedules.
- Coordinate and perform repairs, replacements, and upgrades of equipment and systems as needed.
- Ensure that maintenance work is completed in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Implement safety protocols and provide training to maintenance staff on safety procedures.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
