**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines, and translate these into visually compelling designs.
- Use industry-standard graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create high-quality and engaging designs that align with brand standards.
- Produce original artwork, illustrations, and visual elements that effectively convey key messages and capture the attention of the audience.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for print and digital distribution and adhere to file format specifications and size requirements.
- Stay up-to-date with design trends, techniques, and best practices, and incorporate them into design projects to maintain a fresh and modern aesthetic.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Review designs for accuracy, quality, and consistency, and make revisions as needed based on feedback from stakeholders.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and sales, to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet their needs.
- Maintain organized files and documentation for all design projects, including source files, final designs, and project briefs.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects and styles.
- Proficiency in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and other relevant design tools.
- Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
- Excellent creativity and artistic skills, with the ability to conceptualize and translate ideas into visually compelling designs.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work with precision and accuracy.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate design concepts and receive feedback from stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently, and adapt to changing priorities and project requirements.
- Experience with web design, UI/UX design, and video editing is a plus.
- Certification in graphic design or relevant field is desirable.

**Salary**: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
