**Key Responsibilities**:
✔Assist in the research, formulation, and development of skincare, cosmetics, and oral care products.
✔Conduct stability testing, compatibility testing, and other product evaluations.
✔Work with raw materials, active ingredients, and excipients to create innovative formulations.
✔Maintain accurate documentation of formulations, lab experiments, and testing results.
✔Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Quality Control and Production.
✔Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory guidelines, and new ingredient innovations.
✔Support in troubleshooting formulation challenges and improving product performance.
✔Ensure compliance with safety protocols and laboratory best practices.

**Requirements**:
✔Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Cosmetic Science, Pharmaceutical Science, or related field.
✔Experience: Freshers are welcome; prior internship experience in cosmetics formulation is a plus.
✔Skills: Basic knowledge of cosmetic ingredients and formulation techniques.
✔Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
✔Attention to detail and good documentation practices.
✔Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
✔Passion for innovation in the beauty and personal care industry.
