Automobile Technician

Responsibility to work with Operators and Drivers on daily basis to note their observations and accordingly address the issues while working on the job cards under the consultation of the Service Engineer.
- Responsibility to arrange washing for each of the vehicles are being done as per the guideline given by the seniors.
- Responsibility to fill Job cards on daily basis to adhere with preventive services of fleets associated with the operation under the guidance of Service Engineer.
- Responsibility to do the full inspection of all the fleets under the guidance of Service Engineer on daily basis before closing the Job cards and ensure that all the check points are being checked and taken into consideration.
- Responsibility to update Service Engineer on generating the material requirement to avoid last minute rush.
- Responsibility to check the quality of local purchase and update reporting manager with the observations as & when required.
- Responsibility to improve the repair quality under the guidance of Service Engineer.
- Responsibility to execute the maintenance of support vehicles like Tata Ace and tractor trollies based on repair maintenance schedule.
- Responsibility to update Service Engineer on the effectiveness of operators & drivers on daily basis.
- Responsibility to reach at the breakdown spot in minimum lead time.
- Responsibility to conduct the full inspection to identify the root cause of breakdown.
- If the breakdown is unrepairable due to unavailability of resources at night, vehicle to be safely sent back to Workshop.
- If the root cause is examined, identify the repair part which will be required to close the breakdown.
- Responsibility to Inform the reporting authority with the breakdown along with detailed report.
- Responsibility to arrange the repair part with the help of Service Engineer.
- Responsibility to conduct repair against the breakdown.
- Responsibility to ensure while executing on site breakdown repair, closure needs to be sent to Service Engineer & vehicles to be handed over to Operations team.

Qualification Required-12th/Diploma-ITI.

Required Experience-2 to 5 yrs
