Qualification**:*Diploma or Degree in mechanical**

**Skills**
- Having good knowledge of Shot Blasting Machine
- Responsible for Man Power planning and handling.
- Responsible to meet daily production targets
- Responsible for Trained New Associates.
- Capable to Self quality assurance validation monthly
- Knowledge of Adhesion Test, Hot Water, Hardness, Salt Spray Humidity etc.
- Daily rework clearance and analysis to control rejection
- Maintain 5S and discipline at the Shop Floor.
