Put simply, we collaboratively design, build, and implement business strategies and solutions to help solve complex problems to drive business value. **The Team** As part of Citi’s broad transformation strategy, GFT is presently undergoing a large-scale multi-year Agile and workforce transformation throughout our 16k+ person organization. To drive that transformation we will need to transform how we hire, in a way that promotes timely, consistent, transparent, and high-quality technical talent across the globe. **The Role** The role of Hiring Machine - Program Coordinator, India will serve as a critical component within GFT’s long-term scaled technical resource hiring strategy, supporting the hiring of several thousand engineering resources over multiple years, and in support of our in-progress Agile Transformation. From day one, this role will serve as a central resource to manage the stand-up and execution of GFT’s scaled technical hiring program in India, leveraging progress already made in establishing this program in North America. **Responsibilities** - Oversee all aspects of GFT’s Hiring Machine scaled hiring program in India - Coordinate with Chiefs of Staff, Agile Transformation Office, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing and Engineering to define ongoing incremental hiring demand in India. - Build out and manage the pool of available engineering interviewers to meet the anticipated engineering hiring demand in India. - Act as primary hiring manager for new talent, working to align them with the appropriate Engineering team as part of the hiring process. - Work closely with North America program coordinator to ensure timely and accurate program tracking and reporting. **Skills and Experience** - 5+ years as a program manager, preferably within banking or similar regulated industry - 3+ years project management experience - 3+ years HR recruiting/staffing experience - Previous experience standing up a scalable enterprise hiring program focused on engineering talent - Working understanding of Agile and Scrum - Expert-level communication skills - Ability to work with ambiguity and with mínimal direction across time zones - Ability to influence others and drive process transformation across multiple areas and teams - **Job Family Group**: Technology - **Job Family**: Technology Project Management - **Time Type**: Full time - Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.
