Key Responsibilities:
1. Medical Coding using CPT, ICD-10-CM:
Assist in accurate and compliant coding of Pathology test and diagnoses.

2. Research and Development (R&D) for Pathology Coding:
Collaborate on R&D projects related to pathology coding, staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Contribute to the development of coding guidelines and procedures.

3. Communication:
Work closely with healthcare professionals to gather information and clarify coding details.

Engage in effective communication with team members and superiors to ensure smooth workflow.

4. Excel Skills:
Utilize Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and organization of coding-related information.

5. Conducting Audits:
Participate in the auditing process to ensure coding accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.

Assist in identifying and resolving coding discrepancies.

6.Article Writing:
Research and create informative articles on medical coding, pathology, and healthcare topics.

Develop content for our website, blog, and educational materials to share knowledge and insights

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
