Digital Marketing Strategist

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies that align with the company's marketing goals and target audiences
- Identify target audiences and develop buyer personas to guide marketing efforts
- Create compelling content, including blog posts, landing pages, social media posts, and marketing collateral, that drives engagement and conversions
- Analyze and optimize digital marketing campaigns to maximize ROI and drive revenue
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform digital marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, content, and web development, to ensure alignment and consistency across all communication channels
- Manage relationships with customers, external vendors and agencies as needed
- Measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, using data to continuously improve campaigns and inform future strategy
- Willingness to work in a startup environment and embrace the challenges and opportunities that come with it

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in marketing, communication, or a related field)
- 2+ years of experience in digital marketing strategy, preferably in a similar industry
- Experience with digital marketing tools, including Google Analytics, AdWords, and marketing automation platforms
- Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decision-making
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Preferred Qualifications:

- Master's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field
- Experience with SEO and content marketing
- Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization
- Experience with CRM systems and customer journey mapping
- Strong leadership skills and experience managing teams
