**Position: International Customer Support Executive**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Handle inbound and outbound calls from international customers.**:

- **Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.**:

- **Communicate effectively in English, demonstrating excellent verbal and written skills.**:

- **Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).**:

- **Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow established processes.**

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor’s degree (UG/Grads) preferred.**:

- **Minimum 6 months of experience in international voice process or customer support.**:

- **Strong communication skills, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.**:

- **Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities**

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

- Night shift
- Rotational shift

Supplemental pay types:

**Education**:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:

- International voice process: 1 year (required)
