- Assist in the **mechanical assembly of electrical panel boards** under supervision.
- Perform **marking, drilling, cutting**, and **component mounting** tasks.
- Handle tools and equipment required for fitting operations.
- Learn to read and understand **basic mechanical drawings/layouts**.
- Maintain work area cleanliness and follow **safety protocols**.
- Cooperate with senior technicians and electrical teams for smooth assembly.

**Required Qualifications**:

- ITI - Fitter trade (Fresher or up to 1 year experience).
- Basic knowledge of **hand tools and measuring instruments**.
- Willingness to learn and take instructions from supervisors.
- Punctual, disciplined, and team-oriented.
- Physically fit and able to handle tools/materials.
