**Qualifications**:

- Graduate or bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or bachelor’s in any field or equivalent to it complusory(Females preferred)
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the agriculture or food export industry.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Knowledge of export regulations and documentation is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Identify and target potential customers, distributors, and markets for our export fruits and vegetables.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and volume targets.
- Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline by prospecting and cold calling.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with existing and new customers.
- Understand customer needs, preferences, and market trends to tailor product offerings.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
- Stay informed about market trends, pricing, and competitor activities.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market dynamics and product demand.
- Collaborate with logistics and shipping teams to ensure timely and efficient product delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
